Get this carrying case to not only protect your pieces, but also to use your chess pieces as weights.

Wow, I am amazed at the quality build of these pieces.
These pieces will definitely make me a stronger chess player (not ratings wise) but physically stronger due to their weight!!! I can feel my muscles being worked with every move I make. It's comparable to doing reps at the gym.
These pieces have slowed me down, because I have to take rest breaks in between each move, which in turn, makes me think more and not rush, which results in less blunders.
As time goes on and I adjust to the weight and do more reps, I should build muscle and think clearer. This should enable me to move faster with less errors.
I can also feel my grip strength increasing, as each piece demands that you use extra strength as you maneuver them.
I suggest you wear protective shoes (not flip flops) when using these pieces, as I accidentally dropped one on my foot and it hurt. This just shows how solid these pieces really are, I've never been hurt by a chess piece before, until recently.
I compared these to my previous fave chess pieces (Bobby Fischer set). These are way better looking and really carry the weight well.
I Love them and can't wait to show these off.
I highly recommend getting the carrying case, as you can use this to work your biceps, triceps and shoulders too. Strength in chess!!
